Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications
I agree to the processing of personal data including my name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and area, for the purpose of being potentially contacted with business offers. I grant my consent to Atmedia Czech s.r.o., business registration number: 03708799, with its registered office located at Krakovská 1392/7, Prague 1, 110 00. My consent is granted for 2 years.
I also declare that I have read the information below concerning personal data processing.

Information provided to obtain personal data from the data subject pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation:
Your personal data controller will be Atmedia Czech s.r.o., business registration number: 03708799, with its registered office located at Krakovská 1392/7, Prague 1, 110 00. The controller will only process the data for a period of 2 years or until you revoke your consent, and only for the purpose of sending commercial communications. Your personal data will be deleted from the controller’s systems after this period. This consent will be destroyed on the expiry of 3 years from the last date of personal data processing on the basis of this consent, i.e. from the sending of the last commercial communication or from the sending of your notice to revoke this consent to the e-mail address .
The controller guarantees that the processed personal data will be protected by safety measures required by Article 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation: The controller will not provide your personal data to any third party (nor will the data be transferred to any third country or international organisation). The controller will not publish your personal data.
You will always have your personal data under control:
- you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data,
- you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we process,
- you have the right to access your personal data that we process,
- you have the right to correct your personal data that we process,
- you have the right to limit the processing of your personal data,
- you have the right to the portability of your personal data that we process.
If you are not satisfied with the way the controller processes your personal data, i.e. if you believe that the controller is processing your personal data illegally or if you believe that any of your rights mentioned above have been violated, you have the opportunity to file a complaint to the supervisory authority in the Czech Republic, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (with its registered office located at Pplk.
